Terms and Conditions of Sale – Wild & Well

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Wild & Well and its customers when purchasing products through the website wildwell.shop.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms without reservation.

Wild & Well reserves the right to modify or remove products at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Placing an order on the website requires:

• validating the shopping cart,

• accepting these Terms and Conditions,

• and confirming payment.

Wild & Well reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of payment issues, previous disputes, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) or in the currency selected by the customer, inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Wild & Well may update prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment

The customer confirms they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5 to 15 business days

• Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Wild & Well cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.

Order receipt

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the condition of the products.
Any issues (missing, damaged, or incorrect items) must be reported by email to contact@wildwell.shop within 7 days of receipt.

Returns and refunds

The customer has 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact Wild & Well by email and follow the provided instructions.
Returned products must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or there was a shipping error.

Liability

Wild & Well cannot be held responsible for:

• delays or delivery failures due to external factors (strikes, customs delays, force majeure, etc.)

• damages caused by improper use of the products

• indirect losses or damages related to the use of the website or the products

Disputes

In case of a dispute, customers should first contact Wild & Well to seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the matter will be subject to French law.
