Return and Refund Policy – Wild & Well

At Wild & Well, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service.
This policy explains the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including but not limited to:

  • opened or used cosmetics and skincare products,

  • unsealed hygiene products,

  • food items or other perishable goods,

  • personalized or custom-made products.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be new, unopened, and unused,

  • be in its original packaging,

  • include all accessories, manuals, and other components received with the product.

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error made by Wild & Well.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid loss or damage during return transit.

  • Wild & Well cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


Defective Products or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Please include:

  • clear photos of the product,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and your order number.

Once we have reviewed the information, we will either arrange a replacement or process a refund.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Wild & Well.


Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@wildwell.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and detailed return instructions.

  3. Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return process is complete.


Return Address

The exact return address will be provided via email once your return request has been approved.
We operate from multiple warehouses depending on the product type and your location.
